As a Senior Healthcare Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare by sourcing, engaging, and placing exceptional candidates who will thrive in impactful roles.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Employing sophisticated sourcing strategies across various social media platforms, including identifying and sourcing internal candidates, while building and maintaining well-qualified candidate pools for immediate needs and potential future hires.
  • Reviewing and short-listing prospects and applicants through advanced screening tactics to ensure alignment with knowledge, skills, experience, and culture.
  • Transforming job descriptions into targeted job advertisements designed to attract the desired talent.
  • Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates align with client expectations and culture.
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Managing stakeholder expectations by providing appropriate consultation, coaching, and advisement, while building influential relationships to shape perspectives and outcomes.
  • Driving the offer process, including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and managing the administrative business process as designed.
  • Managing data and complying with the designed workflow process in the ATS, ensuring adherence to recruiting processes and compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment and hiring activities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 6+ years of recruiting experience, with a proven track record in healthcare recruitment.
  • Advanced experience managing a complex recruitment life cycle in an ATS.
  • Knowledge of modern recruitment technology, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate-based platforms, as well as familiarity with one-way interview technology and emerging recruitment technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to making a positive impact in the healthcare industry.
